Create New Customer

Name *

Address (Bill To) *

✓ Address verified – good to use.

Verification is required before saving (ensures valid deliverable address for billing/invoicing).

Contacts

Phone and email save as real contacts (not the old bill-to email field). Memo is the name on that method.

Add New Service Location

✓ Address verified – good to use.

Notes

Location contacts

Optional. Phone and email are separate contacts, each with a memo/name.

Create Service Location?

This will pre-fill a new service location with the customer's address (with proper line breaks) and contacts (incl. phones). You can edit the location name.

🎙️ Grok Voice Agent (real xAI) xAI

Test the same agent tools used on phone (prices, schedule, book, log_call).

Best for tool testing: type a question and press Send (uses Grok + PlumbingApp tools). Mic mode is speech-to-speech realtime (good for voice UX; tools are most reliable via Send).

Try: "How much for a 50 gallon gas water heater?" or "What's on the schedule today?"

Closing this panel logs the session to Call History when there is a transcript.
